Press Release Summary = Effortless deployment of Centrex secured ToIP devices

Press Release Body = Foster City, Calif., May 4th, 2005 - Nucleonet Security
Appliances announces today Ultima specific product line for Voice over IP and
Telephony over IP protection: the V series. Based on Nucleonet NucleOS this version
is specifically targeting easy installation of remote site using IP phones and
implementing any standard voice protocol (SIP, MGCP, H323, IAX2) or proprietary
protocol based on IP. In addition, these products proposes all specific security
features already available on Nucleonet product line and mainly authentication of
the IP phone, traffic isolation, filtering per phone and end to end encryption of
both signaling and voice transport.

In the context of IP Telephony deployment, Nucleonet V series allows deployment of
IP phone at remote or customer location without any requirement on the IP
infrastructure. Operating at the Ethernet layer, Nucleonet appliances are agnostic
to IP addressing and routing schemes. This offers service providers a unique way to
provide their IP addresses to customer or remote IP Phones, suppressing the need to
understand the infrastructure and deal with firewalls and address translators
(NAT/PAT). All IP phones connected to Nucleonet V series are seen on same private
and homogeneous IP cloud, H.323 and SIP signaling drawbacks are thus lowered and any
to any RTP communications can therefore be performed, leveraging the Centrex or IP
PBX resources. By implementing filtering at the IP phone level, service providers
can protect their infrastructure from attacks at the access level. IP traffic
ciphering of both voice and signaling avoids phone wiretapping and ease
interoperability between phones of all vendors. Any IP public or private network can
be used between IP phones and the Centrex through the full IP ciphering, Telephony
over IP using the Internet network can now be totally secured using the Nucleonet V
series.

Increasing capacity on the Centrex by limiting voice handling and codec conversion
allows telephony providers to accept far more simultaneous communications with the
same infrastructure, allowing them to increase their revenues. In addition,
Nucleonet plug and play technology allows easy deployment without any on-site
intervention and complex IP phone configuration, increasing the ROI of IP telephony
managed secured services.

The product line is composed of 4 specific set top boxes, VS05, VS10, VS20 and VS40
for respectively 5, 10, 20 and 40 concurrent IP phones. All these new products
interoperate smoothly with the whole Nucleonet range of products and extends the
Virtual Secured Network (VSN) using state of the art IPsec tunneling technology. The
V products are ready for ordering and shipping.
